Arnaud Franquinet

Arnaud Franquinet is a senior executive with extensive experience in finance, human resources, and general management. A Sciences Po graduate with a Bachelor in Economics & Statistics, he began his career in financial consulting at PwC and Mazars/Forvis before moving into executive search and human capital advisory with Michael Page and Bernard Julhiet.

He later led a major HR transformation at OFPRA for the French government in a politically sensitive environment, before joining Grant Thornton as Human Capital Development VP and Executive Committee member. There, he also held international leadership positions, driving cultural change and employer branding initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

In 2016, Arnaud co-founded BestAdvizor, a B2B networking and consulting platform. Since 2018, he has been with Gandi Group, a leading French registrar and cloud hosting provider, where he served as COO before being appointed CEO in 2023. In this role, he has led strategic transformation, organizational restructuring, and performance optimization.

Alongside his executive career, Arnaud sits on several boards and advisory committees focused on diversity, youth employment, and professional training. An ex-marathon runner, polo player, and early adopter of digital nomadism, he combines strategic leadership with a passion for innovation and agility.
