His biggest challenge is to fight scope3 emissions in IT infrastructure. This is largely accomplished by designing and building Data Centers from Cross-Laminated Timber. WoodenDataCenter pioneers Liquid-Cooling and Heat recovery options and is the first manufacturer to integrate superconductive DC Power Distribution. Karl is the Co-Lead of the OCP MDC.
