Jeff knows tech. More to the point, Jeff understands the people, channels, markets, and business models across the entire tech stack — from the boardroom to the service desk and from the use case to the server racks. In addition to more than two decades in technology leadership, he has a bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies and a masters in Economics and his experience has focused on messaging and human behavior.

At Acronis, Jeff helps MSPs understand cybersecurity while increasing their ARR and advances the Acronis Threat Research Unit (TRU) from his little corner of paradise in the Caribbean.
