Hartmut Schultze works on decentralized and democratic use of technology to generate knowledge and value from inherently private data (especially medical data). In his various roles, the focus for him is to create value from it by leveraging technology, optimizing environments, introducing automations, and acting as a change agent to enable this. Since 2015, he has worked on memory-driven computing initiatives to optimize and massively increase efficiency for big data analytics across multiple use cases. Previously, he managed several international clients in his role as an Account Executive in outsourcing services driving innovation. Hartmut Schultze studied software and automation engineering at the University of Stuttgart. He works from Düsseldorf with his international team.
