Serving as IceWarp’s Sales Director, Filip Korbel endeavours to ensure growth-oriented business and go-to-market portfolio strategy. As part of his drive to abandon stagnating routines in our channel approach, Filip is on the lookout for new cloud and SaaS partners among ISPs, cloud and hosting providers worldwide. Filip’s team achieved +9% Y-o-Y revenue growth compared to 2020 and +35% Y-o-Y growth in cloud. With business and executive background in the areas of SaaS, cloud and artificial intelligence, Filip Korbel has strong understanding of customer needs and knows how to match them with available technologies. In 2003, he started his own small company focused on desktop virtualization, which was subsequently acquired by Altron Business Solutions, a.s., with him taking the role of Sales Director and a member of the Board. Since 2015, he has been the Sales Leader at IBM’s Commercial Department for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Filip has also served as technology and business advisor to Czech Prime Minister’s office in the areas of artificial intelligence, smart cities and media sharing
