Dave started his career in IT at MIT’s Project Athena back in late 1986, first as a systems administrator and then a System Programer III. He spent the next several years honing his skills in a variety of data centers working in multi-platform environments. Dave has worked as a consultant, in startups, non-profits, medium-sized businesses, and global enterprises. During the second half of his career, he focused on storage, virtualization, and cloud. Over the years, Dave has acquired many technical certifications and was named a VMware vExpert 11 years in a row.
