What you need to know about CloudFest is just how much crazy stuff is happening, around the clock!
Even if CloudFest 2025 didn’t have any mainstage sessions, you would still be super-busy once you got to Europa-Park, March 17-20. To become the world’s #1 internet infrastructure event, we re-imagined what a conference could be—and turned it into a festival. From speed networking up high to throwing servers really far, the CloudFest community never stands still for very long!
Some of these require a separate free signup once you’re registered for CloudFest—so let’s take care of that step first. With 11,000 approved registrations already, you’ll connect with the industry leaders you need to meet—and registration is still open as of the time we click “Publish” on the article you’re reading now.
WP Day and Agency Day
The first day of the festival is dedicated to two important elements of the Cloud: WP Day focuses on the open-source magic of WordPress, and Agency Day connects product managers with the powerful partnership potential in the world of web agencies.
The team calls it “New Monday”, and the name just sort of stuck. But really it’s two different days in one. (The Cloud Fair exhibition area by Intel is closed that day, just as a heads-up.)
CloudFest Academy and Barcamps
Our always-popular masterclass series is now joined by a set of interactive barcamp sessions, so get ready to roll up your sleeves! These take place in three different spaces. From cybersecurity to sales, AI integration to improve comedy (seriously), you’ll be surprised by what you’ll learn at CloudFest Academy!
Ride the Amusement Park Rides
Europa-Park has rides, you know—and our attendees get to ride them without dealing with long queues! How cool is that? We already know the answer: extremely cool! Check out the rides that are open during CloudFest.
World Server Throwing Championship
Over the course of two afternoons, the World Server Throwing Association (WSTA) will determine Men’s and Women’s server throwing champions for the year 2025. Who will hold the championship belt aloft? Will it be you?
High-Ropes Speed Networking
This is exactly what you think this is: speed networking on a high-ropes course, high above the exhibition hall! As if networking at CloudFest wasn’t exciting enough, right? This is free for attendees, but we know it will fill up as soon as signups open.
Networking Parties
Every night features a different themed party, all with at least one live band. You’ll also find after-parties, a disco, some karaoke, and even our own Pride party! Oh, and keep your ear to the ground for pop-up Happy Hour events in the middle of the exhibition hall. But this really is a work event, we promise.
Oh, and There Is an Agenda
Under the theme of The Human Edge, we’re exploring the most important elements of tomorrow’s Cloud, with you at the center. Everything is designed to help you make the most of the most powerful tool you bring to the table in these tumultuous times: your humanity.
